Abstract:
The acquisition of dynamic data and the development of high performance control strategy of contactors are basis of analyzing and improving performance of contactors. Therefore, an experimental platform integrating intelligent control and data acquisition is designed in this paper. Firstly, a hardware device based on CompactRIO system is designed, and a software system based on LabVIEW software platform is developed which works with the hardware devices. Secondly, control and data processing programs is wrote in FPGA to realize the embedded control. Data communication and transmission between PFGA and Real-time are constructed to realize the functions of data acquisition and waveform display which is similar to an oscilloscope. Finally, experiment is carried out on the CJ20-630A contactor. The experiment result shows that the designed experimental platform can realize the embedded control and data acquisition and processing. It is of great significance to develop high performance control and obtain its dynamic characteristics of contactor. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
