Abstract:

In recent years, Lithium-ion batteries have been widely applied in electric vehicles (EVs). The accurate estimation of state of charge (SOC) of EV battery is important for prolonging the battery life. Surely, it is also important for the EV drivers to handle the range anxiety. In this paper, we focus on reviewing applications of neural network algorithms in SOC estimation of EVs’ batteries. © 2022 IEEE.
