Abstract:

The frequent occurrence of the extreme natural disasters and the man-made attacking events with low probability and high risks poses a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of the power systems. With the development of Energy Internet technology, the deep integration of the power distribution networks, the natural gas networks, the urban transportation networks and the information networks has opened a new way for the development of the resilient distribution networks. Firstly, this paper expounds the necessity of developing the resilient distribution network in the context of Energy Internet, and introduces the research status of the resilience assessment for the coupled systems of the subjects in different dimensions. Secondly, the modeling ideas and the solution methods of the resilience enhancement strategies in the pre-disaster, mid-disaster, post-disaster stages and in the full-time scale of the disasters. Then the research status of the resilience enhancement strategies is summarized when the power distribution networks are deeply coupled with the natural gas networks, the transportation networks and the information networks under the background of the Energy Internet. Finally, the research direction of the resilient distribution networks in the future is prospected combined with the shortcomings of the existing work. © 2023 Power System Technology Press.
