Abstract:

有机无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSC)以双载流子输运、高缺陷容忍度等卓越的半导体特性,成为了目前科研人员研究的热点,效率从3.8%发展到了目前的25.5%.FAPbI3带隙为1.55eV更加接近1.4eV的最佳单结太阳能电池带隙.然而FAPbI3钙钛矿具有着转化困难的问题,往往在成膜过程中形成δ相,导致器件效率、稳定性的下降.
