Abstract:

有机无机杂化钙钛矿太阳能电池(PSC)以双载流子输运、高缺陷容忍度等卓越的半导体特性,成为了目前科研人员研究的热点,效率从3.8%发展到了目前的25.8%.但是钙钛矿材料带隙为1.6 eV,只能吸收800 nm以下的太阳光谱,从而导致太阳光谱中近红外光(NIR)的能量损失.
