Abstract:
A novel small- capacity photovoltaic/fuel cell power supply inverter is proposed for multiple new energy power supply occasions. Key technologies such as its topologyenergy management control strategyhigh-frequency switching processdual input source duty cycleoutput voltage compound controller design and dual- input common- mode suppression have been studied. The topology is composed of two input source selector switchestwo bidirectional Flyback DC choppers working for half an output cycleand an AC filter capacitor. The proposed master-slave power distribution energy management SPWM composite control strategy is to realize the energy management of the input sources and the seamless switching of the two working modes by controlling the instantaneous value of the output voltage and the output power ratio of the input sources. A 1 kVA photovoltaic/fuel cell dual-input inverter prototype is designed and developed. The experimental results show that the inverter has the advantages of single-stage power conversionhigh conversion efficiencywide duty cycle adjustment rangehigh output waveform quality and seamless switching between different power supply modes. © 2023 Science Press.
