Abstract:

An efficient and stereoretentive copper-catalyzed cross-couplingof glycosyl thiosulfonate and boronic acid for the construction ofthioglycosides is described. The good functional group compatibilityof this method allows the preparation of many bioactive aryl/alkenylthioglycosides, including the hSGLT1 inhibitor.
