Abstract:
With the development of the electronic information industry, integrated circuit package design for high integration and high power has become an important cornerstone for chip function enhancement and is an important traction for all technology and product innovation. However, with the complexity of modules, diverse operating environments, and complex internal harmonic components of circuits, noise signals have seriously affected the normal operation of circuits. Therefore, this paper proposes a circuit device design solution suitable for filtering noisy signals based on the functional analysis of LC filtering characteristics during the design of integrated circuit packages. Firstly, the filtering principle is analyzed based on the filter IC and the comparative analysis of the packaging materials of the IC, secondly, the circuit model is established and the principles of the four filtering circuits of the LC filter are discussed, finally, the finite element simulation software of COMSOL is used to model and simulate this LC filter, the simulation results have a high match with the simulated response of the model, the results show that the proposed scheme of this paper The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively filter the noise signal and provide theoretical guidance for the innovation and application of filtering integrated circuits. © 2023 IEEE.
