Abstract:

We have investigated the temporal dependence of Micro-LED arrays with size ranging 7-100 μm. Under short pulse, 7 μm micro-LEDs exhibits 20% higher EQE as compared to DC operation condition. The efficiency reduction by sidewall defects in small micro-LED could be significantly reduced by applying short voltage pulse. © 2023, John Wiley and Sons Inc. All rights reserved.
