Abstract:
Bromobenzene is a kind of widely-used chemical raw material. This thesis studies its effects of degradation and debromination under the electron beam irradiation. And its radiation degradation characteristics are studied through comparing the changes of the bromobenzene concentration in the bromobenzene solution before and after being irradiated, in the terms of different solvent systems, pH conditions and initial concentration. Meanwhile, the changes of the bromide ion concentration in the solution, before and after being irradiated, are also studied. The results show that the practice of using radiation technology to treat bromobenzene wastewater is a workable plan.
