Abstract:

本项研究设置环境相关浓度的三种不同种类的抗抑郁药(阿米替林,氟西汀,米安色林)的水体暴露实验,对新生斑马鱼胚胎进行连续5天的暴露后,发现斑马鱼幼鱼体长在暴露后显著变短。本项研究揭示了在环境相关浓度抗抑郁药的暴露能够显著影响鱼类胚胎早期发育过程,表明水体中的药物污染对水生生物可能存在潜在风险。
