Abstract:

采用电子束预辐射引发接枝的方法,在乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)上接枝了丙烯酸(AA)和甲基烯丙基磺酸钠(SMS),制备了一种含弱酸基团(-COOH)和强酸基团(-SO3Na)的接枝膜.通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分别分析了接枝前后的ETFE 膜的组成和表面形貌,构造了基于接枝膜的电阻型湿敏传感器,分析了接枝膜的湿敏特性.测试结果表明,相对湿度(RH)在5%~98%范围变化时,接枝膜的电阻变化达三个数量级,显示了良好的湿敏特性;接枝膜湿滞小(<2% RH),响应时间快(吸附:<2 min,解吸:<4 min);讨论了接枝率对接枝膜湿敏特性的影响.
