Abstract:

本实用新型涉及一种基于类回字型太赫兹超材料的液体增强传感装置,该装置包括太赫兹发射器、传感装置、装载结构、太赫兹探测器和后处理系统,传感装置由硅基底和设于其上的类回字型太赫兹超材料组成,传感装置安装于装载结构上并与其形成用于装载待测液体样品的样品池,太赫兹发射器、太赫兹探测器分别设于传感装置的上、下侧,太赫兹探测器与后处理系统连接。该装置性能稳定,传感灵敏度高,能够支持水等极性液体的太赫兹传感检测。
