Abstract:

本发明公开了一种利用粉煤灰空心微珠制备的高性能无铜树脂基制动材料,由以下重量份数的原料制成:粉煤灰空心微珠10~20份、腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂10~20份、椰壳纤维5~10份、氧化铝10~20份、石墨3份、橡胶粉5份、硫酸钡粉末22~47份。本发明利用粉煤灰空心微珠替代制动材料中对环境有害而且成本较高的铜,提高制动材料摩擦性能的同时有效降低制动材料的成本。该制动材料不含铜、铅、锌、锑等重金属组分,具有出色的摩擦磨损性能,解决了无铜制动材料高温摩擦学性能不佳的问题。
