Based　on　the　innovation　perspective,　this　paper　studies　current　development　situation　of　strategic　emerging　industries　in　Northwest　Fujian　province　in　five　aspects　such　as　industry＇s　basic　situation　and　its　innovation　input,　innovation　output,　innovation　mode　and　innovation　environment,　analyzes　the　advantages　and　disadvantages　that　influence　industries　innovation　development,　and　then　clarifies　future　development　thought　of　strategic　emerging　industries　in　this　region.
