This paper has an empirical study on current innovation situation of strategic emerging industries in Southeast of Fujian Province from four aspects such as innovation inputs, innovation outputs, innovation mode and innovation environment. On this basis, propose the developing strategy of strategic emerging industries in Southeast of Fujian Province.
