Abstract:
Producers, suppliers and customers in an industrial cluster have close relationships. The exchanges including multi-purchase, multi-manufacture and multi-distribution are frequent. Therefore these exchanges initiate massive demands of informatization. But the life cycle theory of industrial cluster indicates that there are different characteristics in different cluster's lifecycle stages. According to analyzing the characteristics of each life cycle stage, the paper puts forward how to adopt informatization strategies in different steps, in order to achieve the goals of cultivating and maintaining cluster's competitive advantages and extending cluster lifecycle.
