Abstract:

Based on high-speed camera image measuring and processing technology, the idea and approach of testing and design for intelligent electrical apparatus' dynamic characteristics were proposed. The intelligent AC contactor's dynamic process testing was used as an example. The testing principle, image processing theory and method of the high-speed camera-based intelligent AC contactor dynamic characteristics testing device were also presented. The device was used to verify the ANSYS and ADAMS-based comprehensive simulation results of the intelligent AC contactor's action mechanism's dynamic characteristics in its closing process and opening process. The result verified the correctness of the simulation method. This testing principle and image processing method apply to not only the research of the intelligent AC contactor, but also the intelligentize research of other electrical apparatus. © Chin.
