Abstract:
在玻璃基片上分别制备了ZnS和ZnS:Ag薄膜,研究掺Ag对薄膜性能的影响.采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察了薄膜的物相结构和表面形貌,结果表明,所制备的薄膜为体心立方(闪锌矿)结构的β-ZnS,并具有明显的(111)面择优取向,掺Ag后不会出现Ag的物相结构,但薄膜晶粒得以增长,薄膜表面趋于平整密实.Hall测试结果表明,薄膜的导电类型均为n型,掺Ag后载流子浓度增大、电阻率减小,Ag掺杂能够很好地改善ZnS薄膜的电学性能.
