Abstract:
3-哌啶甲酸乙酯可用来合成众多药物,对其拆分是一项非常有意义的工作。采用氯化亚砜法将3-哌啶甲酸酯化合成3-哌啶甲酸乙酯后,固定化脂肪酶催化(rac)-3-哌啶甲酸乙酯立体选择性水解,得到(R)-3-哌啶甲酸和(S)-3-哌啶甲酸乙酯。经过初步的研究,筛选出脂肪酶novozyme 435作为催化剂,Ph为7磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶剂。温度为30℃时反应7h后(rac)-3-哌啶甲酸乙酯转化率为49.8%,对映体过量百分数达68.4%。
