Abstract:
通过溶胶-胶凝胶(sol-gel)制备了添加TiO<,2>的RuO<,2>+TiO<,2>/Ti纳米涂层钛阳极,并通过CRD,DTA,TEM分析了TiO<,2>组元对RuO<,2>+TiO<,2>+SnO<,2>/Ti的电极涂层的组织、晶粒尺寸和外观形貌的影响,结果表明,所获涂层为纳米级结构,添加TiO<,2>细化晶粒的效果不显著.研究表明,涂层组成物主要为 (Ru,Sn,Ti)O<,2>固溶体,TiO<,2>含量增加,该固溶体仍能稳定存在.退火温度升高后,发生单质Ru的析出,TiO<,2>组元不能阻止涂层析出Ru单质.添加TiO<,2>的涂层晶粒外观成等轴状特征.
