Abstract:

以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶法制备FeSO渗杂的光催化剂TiO2,并将光催化剂负载于活性炭,然后将活性炭填装于冷电弧-光催化-吸附集成装置中,用该装置对木瓜多糖进行脱色.以木瓜多糖的脱色率和糖保留率为指标,研究脱色时间、加载电压、活性炭填充率及木瓜多糖初始质量浓度4个因素对指标的影响.在单因素试验的基础上,利用二次回归正交旋转组合设计优化木瓜多糖的冷电弧-光催化-吸附脱色工艺,建立回归模型并确定最佳脱色工艺条件.结果表明,在脱色时间22.7min、电压24.0kV、活性炭填充率41.4%及木瓜多糖质量浓度3.7mg/mL条件下,脱色率和多糖保留率分别达为73.2%和76.6%.
