Abstract：
准确预测锻件的尺寸精度是冷锻弧齿锥齿轮研究的难点之一.提出了冷锻件尺寸精度的表征方法,结合有限元数值模拟预测了弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的尺寸精度,并分析了润滑条件对冷锻件尺寸精度的影响.结果表明,该方法简单易行,能够有效地评价弧齿锥齿轮冷锻件的尺寸精度;当其他条件一定时,摩擦因子m越大,锻件的尺寸精度越低.
