Abstract:
为了推动弧齿锥齿轮冷锻技术的实用化研究,提出了齿腔大端分流法,并采用刚塑性有限元方法对孤齿锥齿轮冷锻过程进行了分析.结果表明,与传统冷闭塞式模锻相比,采用齿腔大端分流法不仅能够保证锻件齿形充填良好,而且可以有效地降低成形载荷.锻件出模后仅需对背锥面进行少量磨削即可得到合格的齿轮零件.
