Abstract：
采用单因素实验和正交实验研究仙草多糖的最佳提取工艺,考察了温度,浸提时间,浸提次数,和固液比对实验的影响.确立了最佳提取条件为:浸提时间2h,固液比1:60,浸提次数3次,浸提次数为沸水浸提.在此条件下,多糖最高收率为18.93%.
