随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,教育投资的动力与取向亦发生着深刻变化.利用技术经济基本方法,对教育投入及风险进行深入浅出的分析,揭示了教育投资的动力、成本和回报,并从政府、高校、用人单位及学生个人等四个方面提出启示.
