Abstract:
针对功率变换器中磁性元件磁心损耗难以精确量化的问题,建立了直流功率法测量系统,测量无/有直流偏磁的脉冲宽度调制(PWM)波激磁磁心损耗,并利用能精确测量的具有线性性质的空心电感损耗进行定标校验。利用量热法验证直流功率法测量系统的最大相对误差为6.59%,其可精确测量无/有直流偏磁的PWM波激磁磁心损耗。对无直流偏磁的PWM波激磁的磁滞回线进行详细分析,发现不对称PWM波激磁磁滞回线的激磁和去磁不对称,提出加权平均MSE模型预测无直流偏磁PWM波激磁的磁心损耗;详细分析频率、占空比、交流磁通密度和直流磁通密度对有直流偏磁PWM波激磁的磁心损耗的影响及其影响关系,提出预测有直流偏磁PWM波激磁的磁...
