本文以翻译规范的建构原则为切入点,针对城市规划展示馆的说明文字展开英译研究。基于相关的案例分析,本文试阐述＂忠实观＂和＂修辞观＂在翻译规范形成过程中的重要指导作用,提出视二者为相互补充、共同施效的建构原则,从而为译者在展馆类说明文字的翻译过程中提供有益参考,并为译文质量提供有效保障。
