Abstract：
冷锻时弹性变形是影响弧齿锥齿轮锻件尺寸精度的主要因素。利用有限元数值模拟软什DEFORM-3D模拟了弧齿锥齿轮的冷闭塞式锻造过程,并对模具弹性变形及锻件回弹的规律进行了分析。根据模拟结果,运用反补偿法及基圆修正法预先对模具型腔进行了修正。以保证弧齿锥齿轮锻件的尺寸精度。
