Abstract:

本发明提供一种碳纳米管离子型电泳液的制备方法,属于碳纳米管电泳液技术领域,解决现有技术中以水作为分散介质在电泳过程中易发生水电解反应,导致沉积的碳纳米管薄膜附着弱,均匀性差;而采用有机溶剂又有毒性,强挥发性,制约了电泳法在碳纳米管场发射阴极中的实际应用的技术问题,本发明以离子液体为分散介质,该方法包括:对碳纳米管进行敏化、纯化处理后,分散在离子液体中,得到碳纳米管离子型电泳液。本发明利用离子液体的高电导率和低蒸气压,获得工艺简单、环境友好、且分散均匀的碳纳米管电泳液,且电泳液不易变质、损失小、可循环使用、成本低等优点,因此工业化前景广阔。
