Abstract：
多溴联苯醚(polybrominated diphenyl ethers,PBDEs)作为阻燃剂广泛存在于人们的生活环境中,因其存在污染问题成为当前环境科学领域研究的一大热点.通过分析近年来多溴联苯醚在生物体中的分布情况和甲状腺毒性、神经系统毒性、肝脏毒性、生殖发育毒性、免疫毒性等效应,阐述了多溴联苯醚的毒性机理.目的是为多溴联苯醚对生物体造成的影响提供切实可靠的理论支持,引起人们对此类阻燃剂的关注与重视.
