Abstract:

本发明公开了一种全固态薄膜锂电池的低温制备方法,该发明以旋涂纳米材料低温制备薄膜电极,并以低温溅射LiPON为固态电解质,实现全固态锂电池的低温制备。该步骤包括:利用旋涂先将纳米结晶电极粉末制备厚度可控、表面光滑和均一性好的薄膜电极,并通过溅射或进一步旋涂低温制备全固态薄膜锂电池。本发明具有可避免高温退火结晶、操作简便、容易实现、低温制备、可利用现有电极材料体系开发全固态薄膜锂离子电池等优点。
