Abstract:

Realizing no-arc control in closing and breaking courses is one of the most important means for AC contactor to improve the operation reliability. In recent years, no-arc control technology studies have been carried out widely for AC contactor. In this paper, introduce a type of intelligent hybrid AC contactor based on magnetic latching relay. The contactor has good cost performance ratio and high operational reliability. The new contactor employs three magnetic latching relays, and the control is agility. The contact system connected with only two unidirectional SCRS component in parallel. Realizes the no-arc closing and breaking in three phase circuits. Every performance index of the contactor has been increased.
