Abstract:
采用化学气相沉积方法(CVD)制备大面积单层石墨烯,并提出一种无污染转移技术获得石墨烯/P3HT共混复合体系.基于石墨烯/P3HT共混复合体系制备ITO/PEDOT-PSS/石墨烯:P3HT/LiW/Al体异质节聚合物太阳能电池,研究共混体系中石墨烯的浓度对太阳能电池光伏特性的影响.研究表明CVD石墨烯和P3HT形成均匀的共混体,通过优化石墨烯浓度(3.0cm2/mg),可以获得转换效率、开路电压、短路电流及填充因子分别为1.39%、0.6V、5.81mA/cm2及0.40的太阳能电池.
