Abstract:
采用电泳沉积法,在Ag浆导电厚膜衬底电极上制备石墨烯场发射阴极.研究不同电泳电流对石墨烯阴极表面形貌和场发射性能的影响.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其进行形貌表征,结果表明,随着电流的增大,石墨烯阴极的厚度不断地增加.场发射测试结果表明:不同电泳电流下制备的石墨烯阴极的场发射性能不同.在电泳电流为6mA时,所获得的石墨烯层均匀连续,其场发射性能最佳,开启场强为0.64V/μm,阈值电场为0.99V/μm;当电场为1.0V/μm时,发光亮度为1056cd/m2.
