Abstract:
纳米ZnO因其具有宽禁带(3.37ev),良好的生物适应性及电化学性质,在紫外激光器、单电子晶体管、发光二极管、光电探测器和化学传感器等领域得到广泛应用.同时,一维纳米ZnO具有高的等电点(IEP,9.5),容易与低等电点如生物大分子等通过静电作用相结合,有望作为一种光电化学传感介质.
