Abstract：
通过比较不同类型阴离子交换树脂的吸附性能,筛选出对(R)-扁桃酸富集率高、杂质吸附率较低的H401阴离子交换树脂.最适动态吸附条件为:上柱液pH 6.0～6.5,流速1.0B(V-)/h;最适动态洗脱条件为:洗脱液为1.0%盐酸,洗脱流速0.5B(V-)/h.优化条件下,发酵液中(R)-扁桃酸的总提取率为95%,最终产物的纯度达95%,ee值98.5%.
