Abstract：
采用酿酒酵母催化苯乙酮酸甲酯不对称合成D-扁桃酸甲酯,其过程的最佳转化pH值为7.0左右.酵母生长代谢环境中的温度和氧水平对底物转化均有较大影响.采用固定化细胞填充床反应器转化苯乙酮酸甲酯,每克酵母湿菌体进料负荷为0.2 mmol/d,成功运行25 d,转化率保持在80%以上,D-扁桃酸甲酯ee值达95%以上.
