Abstract：
采用电位滴定法和实验数据分段线性回归分析方法测定并估算了卡那霉素A、B的多元弱碱离解常数,报导了卡那霉素B的五级离解常数(pKa1=9.11,pKa2=8.22,pKa3=7.43,pKa4=6.56,pKa5=5.61).并用计算机拟合了在不同pH值条件下卡那霉素A、B各价态离子的分布曲线,为卡那霉素A、B的分离纯化提供了重要的理论依据.
