Abstract：
以食品胶体粉末———卡拉胶为对象 ,对其进行臭氧杀菌处理 ,并对其效果作了较全面的研究和分析 ,探讨臭氧对卡拉胶粉末杀菌的作用情况 ,取得了良好的效果 ,对粉末类产品的生产起到一定的指导作用 ,为粉末杀菌开辟了一条新思路 .
