Abstract:

本发明提供了一种制备高纯度红曲色素的新工艺。本发明以红曲米为原料,经粉碎后,采用萃取液提取-高速逆流色谱法分离-结晶的组合技术,分离纯化得到6种红曲色素组分,分别为红斑胺、红曲红胺、红曲素、红曲黄素、红斑素、红曲红素,各种色素纯度均大于95%,可用于食品、化妆品着色剂及保健品的制备。本发明分离用有机溶剂易回收使用且节省了分离材料消耗,克服了薄层层析法、高效液相色谱法、树脂法和硅胶柱层析法处理量小且较难实现单一组分色素有效分离纯化的问题。本发明采用萃取液提取-高速逆流色谱法分离-结晶的组合技术,制备得到了6种高纯度红曲色素晶体。具有操作步骤简单和收率高的优点。
