Abstract:

本发明涉及一种场致发射激发气体放电显示装置及其驱动方法,所述场致发射激发气体放电显示装置包括一前玻璃基板,所述前玻璃基板下表面设有一阳极,所述阳极上设置有荧光粉;和一后玻璃基板,与所述前玻璃基板相对设置,所述后玻璃基板上表面间隔且平行设有条状阴极,所述条状阴极上覆盖有一绝缘层,所述绝缘层上方间隔且平行设有条状栅极,且所述条状阴极与所述条状栅极垂直设置,所述条状栅极与所述条状阴极的交叉点处设有纳米材料。本发明中气体放电是通过阴栅控制场致发射电子源所发射的大量电子实现的,可大大降低器件驱动电压,提高发光效率。
