Abstract:

本发明涉及一种金属/有机壳核量子点‑半导体量子点复合发光膜的制备方法,利用简单的旋涂成膜工艺技术,在ITO玻璃衬底上,分别以金属量子点核作为等离子激元增强中心,以金属量子点外包有机高分子壳作为隔离层,以CdSe半导体量子点作为光致发光中心、旋涂形成金属/有机壳核量子点‑半导体量子点复合发光层,再通过有机物旋涂、封装工艺,最终制备出金属/有机壳核量子点‑半导体量子点复合发光膜。本发明制备方法新颖,制作成本低,制备工艺简单。此外,由于采用简单的一步旋涂工艺技术,实现复合膜金属/有机壳核量子点粒径及其外层有机绝缘隔离层厚度可控且分散性良好,同时能够有效提高半导体量子点光学膜的光致发光性能。
