根据卡那霉素链霉菌的生长代谢特性、搅拌转速和通气速率对氧气液传递速率影响的显著性差别，以及搅拌转速调节和通气速率的改变的成本权重分布，构建了专家系统，以溶氧浓度为主控参数，对供氧速率进行调节．该系统运行稳定．节能效果显著．
