从枇杷叶中提取分离制备科罗索酸,采用体外Cu~(2+)诱导低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)氧化损伤的体外化学反应模型及2,2’-偶氮二(2-甲基丙基咪)二盐酸盐(2,2’-azobis-2-methyl-propanimidamide dihydrochloride,AAPH)诱导人主动脉内皮细胞(human aortic endothelial cells,HAECs)氧化损伤的细胞模型,考察枇杷叶科罗索酸对LDL氧化过程的抑制作用及对动脉血管内皮细胞氧化损伤的保护作用。体外实验结果表明,枇杷叶科罗索酸在体外10~100μmol/L剂量范围内能有效延长L...
